The acoustic screens we offer are part of a system in which we support engineering design calculations, shop drawings as well as performance plans and specifications while including the architectural component.

PVC screens are made to last because they cannot rust or corrode. They can be reflective or absorbent. They are composed of posts between which we insert interlocking PVC slats. The PVC slats are made partly from recycled materials and are weather resistant.

Our products are available in different colors and sizes to suit your needs and meet your architectural needs.
Because of the lightness of the acoustic components of this type of screen, PVC slats are often included in hybrid noise walls.
Smart Composition
The posts are made of galvanized steel and the panels are made of PVC. The internal structure of PVC profile is made up of 20% recycled material which contributes to the environment. The exposed portion is made with a high UV resistance material.
Easy Installation
The Next Soundwall can be installed on a hill directly beside the road on a concrete wall or any place required in keeping noise from a the receiving environment.
High Durability
All components of the Next Soundwall are manufactured to the standards and controls. A wide choice of colours is offered according to requirements. The exterior colour of the panel is highly protected with UV protection material. The screen does not rust, it is easy to maintain and has excellent protection against fire. The wall can withstand winds of over 225 km/h.

Reflective
The NEXT Soundwall PVC-UVPROTECT-REFLECT has been developed over the past 10 years in order to meet the highest standards of the industries. The initial concept consists of PVC profiles installed between galvanized steel columns resting on several types of supports. The design is such that the system meets all design loads ensuring a durability of more than 50 years. The system meets local and nationals requirements.

Next PVC soundwall meets NCHRP Report 350 TL-3, TL-4 and TL-5 requirements when used with the NEXT Soundwall ANTIIMPACT system.
Absorbtive
The NEXT Soundwall PVC-UVPROTECT-ABSORB has been introduced to the market to improve the noise absorption behavior due to the increasing demands of our customers. Composed of slotted PVC profiles with ratios of 20 to 35% of the exposed surface of the motorway side, the wall encounters very high levels of sound absorption.
The configuration of the slots has been optimized by involving sound engineers and architects in order to meet acoustic performances while at the same time offering aesthetic appeal. Different slot configurations are available and could be consider upon request as well as colors and surface finishes.
